Oh I loved the way it looked, but it looks nothing like Hot Lips. That was the only blooms I got that looked like that. The rest of them were as they should be.
I guess all salvias might have the ability to throw blooms that are not the norm--

It would make a beautiful new salvia, but only had the few blloms that looked like that
