Neal I can grow them outdoors all year round but giving them rest in winters ensure a good blooming cycle next season, so I dig them out by mid November , humidity is around 60%. As soon as the sun sets they start emitting their heavenly fragrance which remains in the air till sunrise... out of 50 bulbs I ordered one bloomed double
