Nice Greg,. I am like you I love mixed pots. I cannot imagine bringing in 100s pots every winter because I have hundreds of plants.
I do not know about the other cactus but the one I sent if you break any pads break the old because it seems to grow a pad one year and bloom on that pad the next year. So cutting the pad that has bloomed will help you have blooms each year.
