Maybe someone else can give you better growing info. I just poke them into the ground, give them a little water, and they come up.... I don't soak them, but I guess you could. Try some now, I think they'll come up. If they do, they'll come back next spring. If they don't, I'll send you more seeds and you can plant them in March...
