I think my memories of gutting chickens as a kid has my thinking on chicken fat clouded. When I see the chicken fat on the daylilies, it reminds me of the chicken fat around the gizzard of the chicken. Sometimes it would be a lot, but we had to try to clean as much off as possible. But the image is still not very appealing to me.

Maybe if I had a few daylilies with chicken fat, I would see things in a different way Shrug! Smiling
