You give me lots to consider. I saw a house I liked the floor plan but when I looked at it on google earth surrounding the home was a beautiful subdivision but right across the street was a white picket rickety fence and as I looked closer I thought is it? could it be? so I zoomed in and it was a goat, lol. Now I know why. Maybe one of the over 55 communities, or HOA that includes mowing would be a great asset. In our current Midwest location there are lawn services that mow very inexpensive. Is that offered in Florida or is it $$$$ due to the long season?
