Yes, latex can cause serious misery for those who are sensitive to it. Also in Ficus, Ipomoea, Plumeria, Ascleipas. Those sensitive might have sensitivity to other alkaloids too, common in the Aroid family. Suddenly, heart-leaf Philodendron is giving me a rash too.
