Rita, you're gonna love the C.crysanthus types! They bloom before the C.vernus (large flowered Crocus), and increase prolifically. The tommies are awesome too.

I went out with the camera yesterday and am kicking myself- I missed the Crocus! Just a couple of days ago they were gorgeous, all fading now :-(. I'm like a reptile, just don't want to move around outside if its not warm, LOL.
