My latest order of drastically reduced perennials from Santa Rosa, received about three weeks ago, was wonderful! The plants' roots filled the containers, were exceptionally healthy-looking, and the plants have taken off already!
There were several others that I wanted to order, but they won't be available until spring, so I'll pre-order them now.

Perhaps they'll issue you a refund if you let them know?
