Hetty's right. Back in the day there was an elite team that could be counted on to deliver photos for tips when they were requested. We'd ask for a picture of a rake leaning against a shed and one of them would deliver. These days if we don't have a good photo to go along with an idea, we just use a pretty flower picture instead.
