Jelinda: Are you sure they aren't spider mites? From your description that sure sounds like the culprits. Why not post over on the Pests and Diseases Forum: http://garden.org/forums/view/... to see if someone has any ideas on what to use to get rid of them before moving your plants indoors. If you have a photo of the webs and tiny "spiders" I bet OldGardener might be able to tell you what they are.
