I also have a Brother P-Touch labeler, the PT-1880, and it is a stand-alone that I can use sitting in my recliner (lazy here!). And I get the 3/4" Black on White TZ tape, 26 ft (TZe-241) for $14.25 ea. at Image Supply. I do love my label maker, which I also got at Image Supply, and my Eon markers with those labels sit out there year after year in our scorching summer heat and there is absolutely no fading.
