My avatar is a Red-and-yellow Mountain-frog Kyarranus kundagungan. They live in montane rainforest. They have direct-development - they lay very large yolked eggs and the tadpole develops through to young frogs by just feeding off the yolk. The eggs are laid in burrows in foam nests through which water seeps in montane rainforest. The photo does not due them justice - they are a bright red and brilliant yellow ventrally. They do not live in my garden unfortunately.

The problem is that when you are young your life it is ruined by your parents. When you are older it is ruined by your children.
