@jvdubb, how heart breaking! What a terrible thing to have to go through, I am glad you mother was able to help you but even so, that was a ton of work and I know you were exhausted. Then you got to go inside and figure out where all your stuff is, plus put your bed together before you can collapse!
I had read an article about deterring deer and posted it on the 'deterring deer' thread, big surprise right? Anyway, this seems perfect for suburbs, they used fishing line to make an invisible fence and they pointed out that the deer are spooked very easily, so you know this invisible fence has got to freak them out real bad.
