Composter Native Plants and Wildflowers
I bought mulch in the spring when HD had it on sale. I piled it at the back of the driveway, against the gate that I thought opened in. Well it opened out & what was left of the pile was moved.
Then a couple monts ago I had to move the remaining piles again. Well today I moved the last 5 bags to where it will be spread in the back yard. Underneath the bottom 2 bags I found some of the healthiest plant roots I've ever seen. Pulled all those lose & pulled some other weeds.
Discovered my Dutchman's Pipe finally coming back after the cats ate it to the bare stems this summer. Now it's intertwined with the Bleeding Heart Vines.
Moved the Den Orchids back in the Palm tree so they can enjoy the weather.
Got worm castings & cottom compost today. Hope to build & fill the planters over the next couple days. Step Son will be visiting so will take advantage of an extra pr of hands to assist me.

I just LOVE this warm weather!!!!
Blessed are the Quilters for they are the Piecemakers.
