I'm not really sure how long it took. We planted rooted cuttings that were given to us by a co worker around 27 years ago. But we have maintained it at this height for so long now that I'm not really sure how long it has been this big. Ric seems to think that it may have been about 15 years ago that the arch was achieved but really that is a vague guess.
