Though I am in zone 8a, it is no different here in NE Mississippi than much of Texas. I have lost dozens of aleo vera, jade, schifflera, rubber trees, and a huge, old Peace Lily, one that preduces a couple of dozen "flowers" each spring/summer. I just did not have room in my GH's for all of them, so they were left outside, under my large, oak trees. They survived the previous two winters (which were fairly mild) but are now all frozen and dead. Oh well, life's not always fair. I guess the positive thing is that I will now have more room for plants under those oaks and I won't have quite so many plants to fertilize in the spring. Whistling

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.
