Since time's a wasting, I checked with some other gulfcoasters, and after checking on available dates and finding only ONE, I have reserved a pavilion at The Woodlands Northshore Park for Saturday, April 10, and we are inviting everyone to come for a group hug, and bring plants, if you have any! The freeze did a number on us, and I'm not at all sure what I have to share, but hopefully the slightly later date will let us find out what still lives!

It really is a beautiful park, and an additional draw for the day is The Woodlands Waterway Art Festival on the 10th and 11th. There are always lots and lots of vendors set up along the waterway, with art in all its various forms, and jewelry too. It is well attended and I always go. It is open until 6:00 PM.

The park is on a lake, with a nice playground for children, covered pavilions, gazebo, walking path, ducks, and you can even fish. Boating is available too. No swimming though. There is a large grassy area for frisbee, volleyball courts, or whatever.
