That is Monstera obliqua "dwarf" as the adansonii would not be showing fenestrations that small in that little pot. Fenestrations are the holes or splits in the leaves. This plant will climb, get bigger leaves, and the leaf morphology will change slightly, however for the most part the plant is how it normally looks. Enjoy your plants, & look for my announcement I am anticipating to make in the spring that I have my permits to ship plants to the United States.
