Thanks, Carter. That seems to be what happened to this plant. I now have it in a much bigger pot, in an area that gets peeks of sun off and on all day, and it seems to be doing fine. Except that it wants an even bigger pot before next spring . . .
My yard has the potential to go the same way as Dawn's - rampant gorgeous flowering vines taking over everywhere!
