I lost that weight over last winter but I had to work hard to do it. Lots of exercise. Still, over the summer all went well, I kept it off without formal exercise. Just gardening in the summer. I didn't gain it back. Now I want to lose at least 5 pounds over this winter and have been at the indoor exercise since late in November. In fact I just finished 45 minutes of exercise for today.
