Lepanthes calodictyon?
I had a plant many years ago, it grew well for me, a real cutie. Then I went on vacation and it just didn't get the daily super attention for a couple of weeks, I am guessing that is what happened. It was as dead as a door nail when we returned. I decided then that to keep this plant I could never leave the house for more than 2 days in a row. So I didn't replace it.
