Lisa, where in west TN are you? It seems cruel that you're getting blistering heat and dryness now that your end of the state is recovering from record flooding.

We had a violent storm here Tuesday in west Knoxville. Strong winds, golf-ball size hail, power outages for a few hours, tree debris down everywhere, but very little rain. Today's yard work was mostly picking up leaves and branches off the crispy lawn and running sprinklers. I also took pity on the "extra" tomato plants that have been sitting here in tiny pots for months and stuck them in the ground. Imagine a three foot tall tomato plant in a 4" pot. If the transplanting in 90 degree temps kills them, well then at least they're out of their misery! Rolling on the floor laughing
