Good morning, with watering you get a moment to look more closely and this is my mystery this am. The sheath has filled but when looked at by light shining thru the sheath is actually empty, I have two like this I found this morning?
This is LC Eleanor Roosevelt '#15'. Like it is filled with gas. Any ideas?
