Mary Ann, I do not know what puppy did but when the information on my screen shrinks due to hitting multiple keys I can press control and the plus sign and it grows. That may work in reverse by pressing the control and minus sign. You would have to be on the page where things are out of sorts. worth a try maybe. Good luck.
