Thanks Cheryl,
it has been a couple of years ago, but I believe I got them here:
www.littlegreenhouse.com
there is a tab on the left, under supplies, then click on Plastic Covering

If you only need the clips, you can also Google them, they may also be on Ebay.
I bought both the bubblewraa & clips from the same source. Hope this helps.

Greenhouse Bubble InstallationBubble Instructions
This unique twinwall bubble insulation can drastically reduce your greenhouse heating costs by as much as 45%. In addition to saving you money during the cool seasons, it will also help prevent overheating during the hot summer months. This unique bubble is only 3/16" thick but provides 15% more insulation than other bubble over twice as thick because of the extra outer layer that traps more air inside. Our bubble insulation has clear bubbles for better light transmission, and a reinforced backing for longer life. Oversized 4 1/2' width allows for easier install in greenhouses using 2' or 4' wide panels. Works well with all types of greenhouse coverings. Shown installed with bubble clips. For best results, tape sections together with the greenhouse poly tape shown above.
