I need everyone to Please send me you shipping information in this manner only (so that I can use it for a shipping label without retyping to avoid mistakes).:

LARGE AND IN CAPS:

FIRST NAME, LAST NAME AND (ATP SCREEN NAME)
ADDRESS
CITY, STATE, ZIP

Also when time to pay make sure you put your screen name on your paypal or Postal money order.

Thanks everyone. Oh and let me add you do not have to order a dozen pair. We as a group must order in counts of 12 (dozen) pairs.
