Oh no what is in the pot was what was still attached to the football. No the part I clipped off is sitting out of the water and dirt. I figured from what I read it was kinda like my...think it is called a ghost plant. If the leaves fall that you leave them alone ( out of dirt and in the sun/air) and that will start a whole new plant.
On I hope bringing the clipping part inside is alright as it is suppose to rain the next few days and I didn't think either the repotted plant or the parts I am waiting to heal over would do good with cold rain.
