I've got aphids for them to eat! We do have a few ladybugs around, but not enough to control the aphids. The Swamp Milkweed Leaf Beetles are what I'm more worried about. I kill the adults, the larva and the eggs...yet, they still keep coming. 3 plants were completely eaten to the ground. Well, at the least the Monarch caterpillars I raised inside are all pupated...now I just wait for the butterflies to emerge!
I would feel more optimistic about a bright future for man if he spent less time proving that he can outwit Nature and more time tasting her sweetness and respecting her seniority. E. B.White
Integrity can never be taken. It can only be given, and I wasn't going to give it up to these people. Gary Mowad
