I do have collards growing, too!
Just discovered this past Thanksgiving that I actually LOVE collards! Had only eaten frozen, mixed greens before (mustards, collards, turnips & spinach). Then, I cooked a bunch of fresh collards for Thanksgiving dinner.
When I tasted the pot of fresh collards, it was a wonder my dinner guests got any, LOL! I was ready to hide the crockpot!!!
