OK, Woof. Try this:
1 1/2 C corn meal
1/2 C all purpose flour
1 1/4 C buttermilk
2 T olive oil
1 1/2 t baking powder
1 egg
T = tablespoon
t = teaspoon
C = cup
Then follow Leon's recipe. If it's too runny, then add a bit more meal and next time use less buttermilk.
