I eat vegetarian meals and in the summer when I have lots of stuff growing in the garden I eat a lot of vegetarian. But I still eat meat, just that I don't eat anywhere as much of it as I used to do before my switching to eating healthy and exercise. I would say my main protein source is chicken, I eat a lot of chicken, then fish or seafood (love those) and then red meat last. I do eat a lot of beans and just love the flavor of black beans.
