Yes, I use little green onions when I have them during summer, otherwise it's Vidalia and something with a little more bite during winter.
Interesting about your history, mine traveled the same path, but remained in the mountains of Kentucky. If we dug a little deeper we might find the real connection. I think we are very fortunate to have had the teaching and the values that they gave us.
