Hold My Hand.
This is based on the pictures in our ATP database. Dec has a wider band on the Falls and also seems to have much more "veining" on the falls. Dec also seems to have a faint dark spot on the Falls were as Hol has a much more prominate dark spot.
Just my 2 cents.
