Yes the heat has been awful. Other islands here have gone up in smoke. The last day has seen some relief. But we have been a bit better off in SE Queensland too.

At the tennis, Australian Open, down south, there has been some treating of heat stress of players. It is weird that 1000 miles to the south of here it is hotter.
The problem is that when you are young your life it is ruined by your parents. When you are older it is ruined by your children.
