Another bitterly cold day with drifting snow, high winds and currently +2F temperature. I cannot reach the feeders because of the snow drifts, so I threw several scoops onto shallow snow covered areas. This was on the protected side of the house out of the winds. I was able to get a shot of my 'acrobat' bird the white breasted nuthatch which battled with a pendulum-like suet cage blowing in the wind.
