Now here are some of my seedlings along with the cross and a comment or two.
Seedling CC-2 (Song Writer X Street Urchin) X Darla Anita -- This one proves that you don't have to have toothy parents to get toothy seedlings.

Seedling 11-F-1 Forestlake Ragamuffin X Symphony of Praise -- A sibling of this seedlings is quite round, is rose pink and has a wide white-gold edge, but no teeth

Seedling 11-G-5 Substance of Fire X Rosy Spiketail -- I've found Rosy Spiketail to be very strong at taking teeth to its seedlings, but they are most often more narrow than this seedling

Seedling 12-A-5 Randy Stephens X Alan Lane Agin -- What a great group of seedling from this cross! Lots of teeth, but none more than the edge on this one

Seedling 12-A-13 Bass Gibson X Bold Paint -- This one has a sibling that is identical in flower and edge color, but has no teeth at all

Seedling 12-G-5 Dragon Slayer X Preditor -- From bright red and maroon parents come this one.

And now for a sad story. This was one of my favorite seedlings this past summer. I set two or three pods on it and used its pollen for quite a few crosses, but in late September, it began to yellow and was dead within two days. I had several daylilies besides this one that were in separate beds that developed crown rot within a couple of weeks of each other. I was able to save some, but unfortunately not this one.
Seedling 12-E-3 Spacecoast Thorny Devil X Briar Patch
