After the snow and ice I noticed some growth on my Crape Myrtles, anyone know what this is and should I do anything about it? It appears to be just growing in the bark, ant that is starting to peel. I know it normally peels off, but I don't normally see this strange growth. Reminds me of Spanish moss in some places.
