Sue and Zuzu - I can't tell you how much I enjoyed hearing your voices.
I have talked to you via tree-mail so many times and to hear your voices was the icing on the cake. You are both SO knowledgeable and so patient with problem children like me
and so helpful. It's such an honor to know you both.
My dad grew beautiful roses and Mr. Lincoln was his favorite. I grew up in zone 5 but every fall, he would put rose cones over his roses and cover them with burlap type blankets and then rope around that. It looked so ugly but in summer time, his roses were just beautiful. He would root many roses just by cutting, sticking them in the ground and putting a glass over it.
