It has been one of the things I have meant to do - which was follow up on cilantro and see if I can grow it here. Now I find out it is just plain old coriander!

Be that as it may. I grow perennial coriander aka sawtooth coriander. (Is there another name for it in the US?). It is quite useful: you can also cook with it and it doesn't go to seed whenever it thinks there is going to be a shower.
