It is a tool that is part of the Windows 7 operating system like the calculator function and such. All I have to do is be on the page where I want to capture the image or data, go to the start menu where I have the tool pinned, click on it and wait for the snipping tool menu box to appear on my page. Hold down the left mouse button, draw a box around what I want, release the button, then save the resulting JPG image with whatever name I want to call it to whatever file I want.
It’s okay to not know all the answers.
