Deb - Was that video at little Charlie's house? Very nice. The 2 you gave me are still thriving, but I'm a bit concerned with the cold weather we had this year with zero snow coverage. Keeping my fingers crossed. Also read something about using tie wire wrapped in a curly-Q at the end of the branches to minimize deer browse. Haven't tried it yet and we haven't had as many deer in recent year due in part, I think, to the "not introduced, but mysteriously wearing radio collar wolves". We still fence them for the winter. (the Japanese Maples, not the Wolves!)
