I just recently transplanted all my older established daylilies from the 3-tiered raised bed, to the two new raised beds.

I trimmed their fans and separated most of them as I was replanting them. Most of my fans stand upright. But every now and again one does this. I don't remember it doing this during summer, but I have quite a few and may not have noticed it before. Only a few of them are doing this during Winter. Is this possibly a dormant or semi-dormant daylily and the leaves are dying? I don't know the parents of this hybrid, so no idea what it really is and whether it is ev, sev, or dor. I am just looking at the fans and wondering what is going on.

It's the plant in the very back near the inside of the back wall with flopped over blades.:
