The video with the two nice (English?) ladies confirmed that it can be tricky if they get big and the roots grab the sides.

I was thinking that the sidewalls could be pulled a little apart if the plastic or aluminum flexes a little. Then maybe the root ball could be shaken a little from side to side or up and down to break it free.

And two people looked like they would find it easier than one person.
