It is Peperomia kimnachii Rauh, from Bolivia. Relatively new here. Thank you so much for the help.

I took this photo today at the Home and Garden Show in Portland, Oregon. I would have bought it if it didn't need to come indoors for the winter.
This nursery has some very unusual Cactus and Succulents.
