Such lovelies, Dinu. Spathoglottis are one of my favorites as they bloom nearly year 'round for me. I have 4 colors, the purple like yours plus white, yellow, and a multi-colored one I call 'opal'. Our friends on this forum are probably tired of seeing this one as I take pictures of it all the time.

I have Epi's like yours as well, in red, orange and golden yellow. As Carol says they grow easily here, and are used widely as landscape plants. I recently noticed one of our main roads has a median planted entirely with broms, those orange Epi's and just a few large palms for a bit of shade. I'll be interested to see how they do out there in the middle of the traffic!
