Got it. I bought it in March 2009 at Longwood Garden at the SEPOS from Andy. But I bought it labeled as Maxillaria juergensii. I posted the Orchid a year or so later in bloom at the Orchid Source forum and was told that this is Max minuta, not juergensii. Comparing, that seems to be correct.
