I think it is a species of Maranta. Very probably Maranta leuconeura, but I don't know if it is or not another similar species in Maranta genus to be sure about ID.
Maranta leuconera it is nice and funny. At night it folding his leaves in an erect position, like two human hands joined in prayer hence the common name "Prayer Plant". About 8 years ago, I had one, but I did it a gift to somebody when I moved.
