I agree with @riceke. I have grown Big Beef for a number of years (around ten?) and only once was I disappointed with how it grew. The first few large fruits are as pretty as a tomato gets and the flavor has never disappointed me. I always try to grow a few new tomatoes every year and if the new ones are better I keep growing them and get rid of an older one. That's why it's amazing that I have grown Big Beef for as many years as I have.
