Good luck with those mini roses, sure are cute!! Your hellebores are gorgeous!!! Love that first picture and the snow drops. I planted a few of the snowdrops last fall so, excited about seeing them bloom. Had to laugh because I bought that very same hellebore at Costco.
Did you buy any of the bagged perennials? I bought heuchera 'Picasso' and a couple of tall Phlox from Costco. I have good luck with those when you get them early.
Need to do another walk about to see what's blooming.
